Professor Turgut Tarhanlı is professor of Public International Law and Human Rights Law. He is the Acting of the Faculty of Law and the Director of the Human Rights Law Research Center at Istanbul Bilgi University.

Professor Bertil Emrah Oder is full professor of constitutional law and dean at Koç University Law School. After receiving her LLB from Istanbul University Law School, she obtained LLM degree from Marmara University European Union Institute. She received her PhD degree in law with distinction (“summa cum laude”) from University of Cologne (Germany). She served as a full time faculty in law schools of Istanbul University and Galatasaray University. She is a member of International Association of Public Law (ICON-S), International Association of Constitutional Law (IACL), Law&Society Association (LSA) and International Association of Legislation (IAL).

Assoc. Prof. Itır Erhart is a member of İstanbul Bilgi University's Communications Faculty. She majored in English Language & Literature and Philosophy at Boğaziçi University. She graduated from the same school with an M.A. degree in Philosophy and continued at Cambridge University’s Philosophy program. She was graduated with an M.Phil. degree and started teaching at Istanbul Bilgi University. In 2006, she was graduated from Boğaziçi University’s Philosophy Department with a Ph. D. degree.
